Written by the great sage and founder of the Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism, Je Tsongkhapa (1357-1419 CE), the text is a doorway to understanding the steps of study and meditation leading to a radically different way of being in the world.

Meditation Mondays

Meditation Mondays is a community drop-in class that happens every Monday night (with the exception of some holidays).  It’s usually taught by Upaska Upali aka Paul, and hosted by group leaders when Paul is out of town teaching.

Each class consists of time for silent meditation, group discussion, and practice check-in.  All skill levels are welcome, and if it’s your first time meditating, you’ll receive guidance on how to get started!

Meditation Mondays operates on generosity, so the cost of the class is whatever feels generous for you but also allows you to attend as much as you’d like.

Each Monday at 6 pm except on holidays.
