Beginning Meditation Class

Learn the fundamentals of how to start and maintain a meditation practice.  

When: Saturday, January 27th. 10 am to 11 am
Where: 1918 Union Avenue, Chattanooga, Studio 209 B
Cost: Sliding scale*
The Beginning Meditation Class is an action-packed hour that aims to provide you with core principles of meditation that will allow you to feel confident starting, maintaining, and/or continuing a meditation practice.  Participants will leave this class understanding the following:
1) How to practice silent and seated meditation
2) The benefits of meditation practice and how to sustain them
3) How to train attention
4) A model of the mind
5) A functional posture for meditation
*No one will be turned away due to inability to pay.  Contact us for scholarship options if financial hardship prevents you from paying the above options.
