The Beginning Meditation Class is an action-packed hour that aims to provide you with core principles of meditation that will allow you to feel confident starting, maintaining, and/or continuing a meditation practice. Participants will leave this class understanding the following:
1) How to practice silent and seated meditation
2) The benefits of a consistent meditation practice and how to sustain one
3) A functional posture for meditation
4) A broader understanding of your mind and how to train it

*No one will be turned away due to inability to pay. Contact us for scholarship options if financial hardship prevents you from paying the above options.
